My love of energy healing began over 25 years ago when I began practicing yoga with friends in Zambia. In 2009 I completed my teacher training in South Africa & began teaching Vinyasa flow at my home near The Victoria Falls, Livingstone. During menopause I discovered Qigong & its incredible power to heal. I began sharing these practices with my students by combing both yoga & qigong in my classes. This led me to Yoqi & I am forever grateful to Marisa & Pavel for a beautiful training in 2020 in Thailand. My other love is Africa, especially Zambia and I now manage a stunning 10 bed safari camp in South Luangwa National Park for 5 months every year called Nkonzi Camp. I love to run QiFlow safaris, bringing my passions together in one of a kind experiences for people to immerse themselves in the nature and draw inspiration from the energy of this special corner of the world while connecting with its incredible wildlife.
