Ai Takayama

Hello, my name is Ai. I was born and raised in Japan and currently live in Southern California (a mother of two high schoolers). I am a California certified massage therapist, Essentrics (full body stretch ) level 4 instructor and certified sound bath facilitator. My passion is to educate my clients and help them to access their inner resources (healing power within them) While I was studying sound healing, I learned about 6 healing sounds of Qigong and was fascinated. I wanted to learn more details and found Marisa and YOQI program. (And I feel very lucky that I found them) Even though I am new to Qigong, I am very passionate about learning and excited to attending live immersion in Georgia in May 2025！
