Hi there, I'm a massage therapist, specialising in working with older people in their homes. It's really rewarding seeing how loving/healing touch can make such a difference to people as they age and experience all of the changes that this can bring. I started doing YOQI in 2020, and whilst I practice most days, I am slowly making my way through the training program. I am passionate about Qi gong and continue to experience the shifts this powerful practice brings. I hope to be able to share this passion with the world by becoming an instructor in the future!
